Shipping and packaging cost

For DVD orders of people who are residents in The Netherlands or shipping to addresses within The Netherlands, cost for shipping and packaging are included in the price of the DVD edition. For international shipping an additional amount is charged to cover the shipping cost per regular mail. Unfortunately the shipping cost have gone up quickly in the past years, so that we were forced to adjust the prices for the first time in March 2021, in order to be able to continue the DVD service.
